Lighting for video camera?

Hello, I have a Sony video camera and want to make a clear video. When i record video to date outdoor light, looks nice, clean, and perfect, but when I sign on the door under the fluorescent lights, the videos show Dot Dot Dot, as if the lights are not bright enough. any idea how I can go on conducting internal videos clearer?

The problem is not enough light and / or balance White wrong. The white balance is not very different from the white balance inside with fluorescent lights. Also check the exposure level as that should be differentiated. If you can not manually adjust where the camera model you have then you will have to get more light on the subject. Good video requires good lighting.
